Remark | [Kipreos ET] Previously I reported to you that lin-23 was rescued by both of the overlapping cosmids T25H2 and F58F12. T25H2 has reproducibly given rescue at the cellular level, as well as generating stable rescued homozygous lines, (normally lin-23 is sterile). F58F12, however, only gave a partial rescue, and this has not been reproducible. I believe it is therefore prudent to assign the location of lin-23 solely to cosmid T25H2. | ||||||||
