Post-embryonic expression persists in head neurons and muscles, as well as in coelomocytes, body-wall muscles, anal depressor and sphincter, stomatointestinal muscle, and CAN neurons. Expression of the mig-6Tgfp transcriptional reporter is never detected in pharyngeal cells at any stage during development or in adults. | |
