| Pattern | The eIF4H/DRR-2::GFP expression is observed in all stages of larval development and is maintained throughout the life of the animals. In adults, eIF4H/DRR-2 is expressed in many neurons, including those localized in head, tail, and ventral nerve cord. Expression is also observed in spermatheca and vulva epithelium cells. Additional tissues that consistently express eIF4H/DRR-2 include intestine, pharyngeal muscle, and canal cells. In aged adults, large amount of GFP fusion proteins accumulated in the coelomocytes. | ||
