  Pattern: In the transgenic C. elegans line expressing the AAK-2::GFP fusion protein, expression was observed in the pharynx, the ventral cord, other neurons including the hermaphrodite-specific neuron (HSN), body wall muscles, the vulva, the excretory canal, and weakly in the intestine. GFP expression was also seen in the distal tip cells, spermatheca, and sheath cells.
