  Pattern: Early embryos show expression in a group of cells at one end. There is a complex expression pattern in comma stage embryos. Late embryos and L1s show strong expression in muscles of body wall, head and rectum. From late embryo to adult, expression is seen in the dorsal and ventral nerve cords and two other nerves close to the metacorpus of the pharynx. There is also weak expression in the posterior intestine.
