| Pattern | From late L1 to L2, Pdaf-28 GFP is strongly expressed in two pairs of ciliated sensory neurons: ASI and ASJ. This expression pattern continues through L3, L4, and early adult stages. Pdaf-28 GFP is also expressed in the hindgut as well as a tail neuron identified as PQR. From late embryogenesis to early L1, Pdaf-28 GFP was seen in many cell types including pharyngeal muscle, hypodermal, and many head cells. | |
