| Subcellular_localization | During metaphase, we find that GFP::SEP-1 localizes to chromosomes, centrosomes, and in a cloud surrounding the metaphase plate. During anaphase, separase remains on chromosomes and centrosomes and also spreads along the anaphase spindle. During cytokinesis, separase appears at the cleavage furrow and midbody. | ||
