| Pattern | Two nuclei express in precomma stage embryos. Expression is then seen in L3 and L4 larvae as a few neuronal cell bodies, probably lateral processes as they are seen often in pairs on either side of the animal. The most common pair seen are anterior to the vulva (possibly CANL/R). There are also some neurons expressing in the head and tail ganglia, and in the circumpharyngeal nerve ring. Expression is also seen in posterior and anterior intestinal cells. | ||
