A KpnI and HindIII fragment from the resulting PCR product was ligated into KpnI/HindIII-cleaved pPD95.75, thereby inserting gfp downstream of the cfz-2 promoter region. This promoter fragment was sufficient to provide rescue when upstream of cfz-2. | ||
