lit-1 : wrm-1

The wrm-1(ne1982) mutation did not affect the V5.p division in terms of lineage. However, the cortical GFP::LIT-1 localization was clearly reduced and detected only with a higher laser power than we had used in our other experiments. After division, differences in the nuclear GFP::LIT-1 level between daughter cells were significantly smaller in the wrm-1 mutants than in wild type.
