In wild-type animal, deIs6 (lin-39::gfp) showed P6.px GFP expression in 60% of animals. In lin-15(n765) background, lin-39 GFP expression was seen in all six VPCs.

Therefore, lin-3(n378/n1059) suppresses the P11 to P12 fate transformation phenotype of lin-15(e1763) mutants.
