dsc-1 : exp-1

Expression of an exp-1::gfp transcriptional reporter could not be detected in the IM and AD in either dsc-1(qm133) or dsc-1(tm241) backgrounds, while gfp expression could be observed when the same transgene was transferred into a dsc-1(+) background. However, dsc-1(+) was not required for the expression of exp-1 in the PDA neuron.
