GFP::SYS-1 fluorescence intensity increased 1.9- and 1.8-fold after
rsa-2 (RNAi) in E and MS nuclei, respectively. These data demonstrate that centrosomal localization of SYS-1 by RSA-2 inhibits accumulation in daughter cell nuclei after EMS division. That centrosomally uncoupled SYS-1 accu- mulates to the same extent in both the Wnt-signaled and un-signaled daughter cells suggests that localization of SYS-1 to the centrosome via RSA-2 promotes symmetric negative regu- lation of SYS-1 levels.
