That centrosomally uncoupled SYS-1 accu- mulates to the same extent in both the Wnt-signaled and un-signaled daughter cells suggests that localization of SYS-1 to the centrosome via RSA-2 promotes symmetric negative regu- lation of SYS-1 levels.
