Transgenic PC72 nematodes exposed to the chemical analogue BIBU1476 displayed a weak beta-Galactosidase expression at the concentration 0.1 mg/ml. At the higher concentrations (e.g., 0.4 mg/ml BIBU1476), the animals showed minor levels of stress responses, and in comparison to BIBU1361 and BIBX1382, the expression of beta-Galactosidase was generally very low.
