INFT-2 is expressed in the excretory cell using translational green fluorescent protein (GFP) fusions expressed from fosmids (Sarov et al., 2012). INFT-2::GFP co-localizes with LifeAct::TagRFP, an in vivo marker for F-actin (Riedl et al., 2008), which is enriched along the lumen-lining apical membrane and at the leading edge.
