In three independent lines, GFP expression was observed in the developing somatic gonad and in a subset of neurons. In adults, ERI-1 was expressed in neurons and gonadal expression was restricted to the spermatheca. The expression and the cytoplasmic localization of the eri-1::GFP fusion was not markedly altered by exposure to dsRNA.
